By creating an account and using Lead Finder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lead Finder is a B2B lead generation tool that retrieves publicly available business information from third-party data sources. We provide a platform to search, view, enrich, and export business contact information for legitimate sales and marketing purposes.

3. Payment Terms

Access to the full Service requires a one-time payment of 10 USDT (Tether ERC-20) on the Ethereum network. This payment grants lifetime access with no recurring charges.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the account has been activated
  • Access is activated automatically after 12 blockchain confirmations
  • You are responsible for any network gas fees associated with the transaction
  • We do not accept responsibility for funds sent to the wrong address

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lead Finder only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the Service
  • Violate any applicable data protection or anti-spam laws

You are solely responsible for how you use the leads obtained from the Service, including compliance with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).

5. Data Accuracy

Lead Finder retrieves data from third-party public APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Business contact information may be outdated or incorrect. You should verify leads before use in any commercial communication.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lead Finder platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lead Finder. Data retrieved through the Service is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to their respective terms. You may not resell or redistribute leads obtained through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lead Finder is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or data. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (10 USDT).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, without refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
