When you register for Lead Finder, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in plain text. We also collect usage data such as search queries (location and business type), timestamps, and payment transaction hashes for the purpose of verifying access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Lead Finder service
  • Verify payment and activate your account
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation)
  • Improve our service based on usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data We Retrieve on Your Behalf

When you perform a search, Lead Finder retrieves publicly available business information from third-party APIs (such as Google Places, LocationIQ, and similar providers). This data — including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and enrichment results — is stored in your account and is only accessible by you.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Lead Finder stores your authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at krikormher@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, password hashing (PBKDF2-SHA256), and access controls. Our backend infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers with built-in DDoS protection and rate limiting.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
